I was so worried about finding my new go-to nail salon after moving to Thousand Oaks from Sawtelle (West Los Angeles)! I tried one other nail salon in town with lackluster results (the gel polish came off within a few days and the nail techs kept pushing more services…), so I wanted to do more research on a good place. After researching for some time, the best reviews came from this particular location — the next day around noon (Thursday), I decided to call and see if I could walk in, and the gentleman on the phone encouraged me to come on right over! When I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff and the biggest hello from Alex! I was seated immediately on one of the most comfortable massage chairs, and I was in and out of there in 30 minutes with the best service (which is the fastest and most efficient nail experience I’ve ever had!). I got a gel manicure and a gel pedicure — and I was treated so well, and I felt so pampered!! There were so many colors to choose from, and the nail technicians helped me out. Alex said that they’ve been there for 5 years, and the other client sitting next to me also said she’s been a loyal customer since the start of their opening. I saw Alex greet people by name and go around to make sure everyone was comfortable. The place was so clean, smelled great (no weird nail salon smells!), & I am so happy with the results, and I will definitely be a repeat client!

Excellent! Put a set of acrylics on my 12 year old granddaughter and she only had great things to say about the experience and Andrew. She found him extremely engaging and easy to talk to. Wonderful experience. Finished product was beyond gorgeous!

He is truly one of the kindest, sweetest people and always knows exactly what I want, even when I can’t fully explain it myself. His attention to detail, talent, and positive energy keep me coming back every time. He’s my nail angel! Alex is equally amazing. He always greets everyone with such warmth and genuine hospitality. From offering beverages to making sure clients feel comfortable and cared for, he creates an environment that feels welcoming rather than rushed. You can tell he truly wants people to have a great experience, not just get through an appointment. His bubbly personality and kindness make every visit better. This salon consistently provides excellent service, beautiful work, and a genuinely positive atmosphere. I always leave feeling taken care of and happy. Thank you for creating such a special place!

Had a great experience at Village nail salon today! Tim did an excellent job on my daughter‘s gel manicure, and Claire gave me a wonderful pedicure. Staff was very friendly, wait time was minimal, and the overall experience was relaxing and positive. We’ll definitely be back!
